I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in private practice as an integrative counsellor & psychotherapist.
I develop and facilitate bespoke experiential Mindfulness courses and trainings for schools, colleges, universities, charities and businesses.
My experience as a counsellor & psychotherapist enhances my effectiveness in developing and facilitating experiential Mindfulness courses. My own personal Mindfulness practice, and the Mindfulness facilitation that I do, deepens my ability to connect to and communicate with my counselling & psychotherapy clients.
