Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Mindfulness Trainer

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in private practice as an integrative counsellor & psychotherapist.

I develop and facilitate bespoke experiential Mindfulness courses and trainings for schools, colleges, universities, charities and businesses.

My experience as a counsellor & psychotherapist enhances my effectiveness in developing and facilitating experiential Mindfulness courses. My own personal Mindfulness practice, and the Mindfulness facilitation that I do, deepens my ability to connect to and communicate with my counselling & psychotherapy clients.

  • Physical Health
  • Wholeness
  • Healthy relationships with family members, friends, work colleagues and community members
