Mindfulness for daily living…

A weekly opportunity to meet for mindful discussion, relaxation and meditation.

On Monday mornings or Thursday evenings:

  • Enjoy relaxed conversation & herbal teas
  • Experience a short, seated mindfulness meditation
  • Practice applying mindfulness in your daily life to relieve stress, worry, and tension

Please call me on 07807 548 014 or email me on kkgherardi@hotmail.com if you would like to attend and I will give you the address of the venue, in the AL3 area of St Albans, Hertfordshire. I ask for a £5.00 contribution per person to cover my costs.

All are welcome – we discuss and practice different secular mindfulness tools and techniques. We discover new and effective ways to apply mindfulness in our everyday lives to relieve stress, worry, and tension. We use mindfulness to experience more mental clarity and enjoyment in living.

Times, dates and topics for the next MINDFULNESS GROUP meetings:

Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm – arrive between 10:00 am and 10:30 am for relaxed conversation and herbal teas, then participate in a brief mindfulness discussion, relaxation & meditation from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm – arrive between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm for relaxed conversation and herbal teas, then participate in a brief mindfulness discussion, relaxation & meditation from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

May 4 – ‘Mindful Focus’ (no Mindfulness Group on the Bank Holiday Monday)

May 8 and 11 – ‘Build your resilience’

May 15 and 18 – ‘What really matters?’

May 22 and 25 – ‘Courage’

May 29 and June 1 – no Mindfulness Groups on Monday or Thursday this week

June 5 and 8 – ‘Flexibility: physical, emotional, mental’

June 12 and 15 – ‘Serenity’

June 19 and 22 – ‘Focus: physical, emotional, mental’

June 26 and 29 – ‘Willingness’

July 3 and 6 – ‘Honesty’

July 10 and 13 – ‘Completing’

July 17 and 20 – ‘Celebration’
